Help Darnaye Give His Mother the Funeral She Deserves…
Hi, my name is Darnaye Wolf, and I never imagined I’d be writing something like this.
On May 10, 2025, my beautiful mother, Amanda Wolf, was tragically taken from us in a head-on collision with a semi-truck. Her death was sudden, heartbreaking, and has left a hole in our lives that can never be filled. She was just two months away from celebrating her 51st birthday.
My mom was a strong woman—the kind of person who faced more than her fair share of hardships in life, but always found a way to rise again. No matter how hard things got, she kept fighting, and somehow always found the strength to smile through it. Her children and grandchildren were her world—we were her everything, and she made sure we knew it every single day.
She leaves behind two living children, a son-in-law, four young grandchildren, her mother, father and older brother and his family, and an entire wolf-clan of extended family members, as well as a large group of life-time friends who miss her more than words can express. She now joins my older brother, who passed away six years ago. I take comfort in knowing they’re together again, but the pain of her absence is still overwhelming.
As her youngest son, I now have the responsibility of honoring her life. But just days after losing her, I was fired from my job for taking two days off to grieve. I have no way to afford the funeral costs on my own, and I don’t know where else to turn.
I’m humbly asking for help to raise the necessary funds to give my mom the funeral she deserves with everything needed to say goodbye to her with love and dignity on July 12th, 2025.
