In December of last year Amanda had her beautiful baby girl Charleigh Jean, shortly after in January Amanda started feeling very weak, and could tell something was wrong and went to the hospital. It was there that she was diagnosed with postpartum cardiomyopathy, a form of heart failure with her heart only working at 25%. Since january she’s been in and out of the hospital, and in March went in for surgery with high hopes. Amanda got a barostim, which is an implant that was supposed to help that number increase, unfortunately since then that number has dropped to 15%. She’s now back in a hospital an hour away from home waiting to be put on a transplant list for a new heart. With a new baby, doctors visits, hospital visits, money is tight for the family. Anything helps, and is much appreciated. Please share this and keep Amanda in your hopes and prayers.
