Hey Friends and Family! Aly decided for her 10th birthday, April 1, 2019 that  she wanted to donate to a cause. She's made up her own Monkey Movement! She had a birthday goal to purchase 30 monkeys from a company called Mary and Martha to donate to sick boys and girls at area hospitals, emergency rooms, even by personal requests. Since then she has donated well over 2400 monkeys!!!

Why Monkeys? She chose Monkey's because they are near and dear to her heart. She was given Jack, her first  monkey by her Nana & Pop following  a trip to the emergency room  two years ago.. She was pretty scared and for the first time became subject to many needles, x-rays etc... Jack, brought her so much comfort and joythat he's become her number one and she's developed a love for monkeys, hence her little army of Monkeys.

Aly has met many children along the way as they return to her facebook page sharing selfies with their monkeys. It's so bittersweet to see a scary moment with a big smile due to the comfort of their new friend!

You can purchase monkeys in honor of someone, or with a named request! Aly does her best to choose names that may be some how connected to the donations, supporters, cause etc....
