This is Chase. He is a special needs child. The neighborhood kids took it upon themselves to beat him with sticks and burn his stomach all while calling him a retard. We are raising  funds to help this family out. Mom is an essential worker and dad lost his just due to Covid-19. We are trying to raise money for an attorney and counseling services for this wonderful little boy. Police have been notified to no avail.
