Alternative Giving 2024 - Family Promise

Give an alternative gift this Christmas by donating to one of RCPC’s mission partners in honor of a loved one. Alternative Giving encompasses different ways of giving during Advent that connects RCPC with our neighbors in Roanoke and allows us to thoughtfully give gifts in honor of our loved ones directly to our many mission partners.

More information about Family Promise of Greater Roanoke: Family Promise of Greater Roanoke provides temporary housing and meals for families with children. We help families cope with their current housing crisis and teach them life-skills that enable them to live a life of self-sufficiency. We provide holistic case management to overcome the cause of their homelessness and help them reach goals of employment and housing. Our vision is a community in which every family has a home, a livelihood, and the chance to build a better future.
