Aloha, Foye: A memorial fundraiser

For over 20 years, Foye volunteered with the Nacogdoches Medical Center Volunteer Auxiliary to provide comfort and support to patients, their families, and hospital staff.
Her smile was well known to all who passed, and her creative flower arrangements graced countless patient rooms throughout the years. A natural caretaker, Foye loved getting to know everyone’s story and always had a kind word to offer to those in the midst of trying times.
Foye passed away peacefully on August 28th, 2019, just a few weeks shy of her 104th birthday. We cannot think of a more fitting way to celebrate her legacy than to raise money for this organization that she loved for so long. In lieu of flowers, we would be honored if you would donate to the NMC Auxiliary in Foye’s name.
As the Auxiliary does not currently have the ability to accept online donations, we created this GoFundMe and will submit 100% of the money collected directly to the Auxiliary upon the completion of the fundraiser.
