ALMS Affordable Housing Food Drive

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, many subsidized housing residents are struggling to put food on the table. With your help, we can make a difference.
We want to create a sister-relationship between 29 Queens Quay East condos and a local affordable housing building. Using the money we raise from this campaign, we will purchase groceries for approximately 50 families in need at 55 The Esplanade. This will provide them with one week worth of food, and hopefully alleviate some of the stress that COVID-19 has placed on them.
Once we start purchasing groceries and distributing them to the subsidized housing residents, we will be awarding digital souvenirs to our benefactors.

Update (06/02/20): We did it! With the help of several volunteers, we successfully delivered 150 boxes of groceries to about 50 affordable housing families last weekend! Thank you so much to all of our benefactors - we couldn't do it without you! Click this link to see some of the photos we took during the process of delivering the groceries to the residents.
