Allison and Carlos are heading to Bulanga, Uganda this November to serve the children of Bright Hope.  

Allison has been a sponsor of Bright Hope for many years and their church is proud to be a longstanding partner.  As an individual, Allison sponsors children on an on-going monthly basis, while the church provides funding for construction, repair, and improvement of the school grounds and facilities. Bright Hope provides education, meals, medical care, and safety to over 500 children who have been directly impacted by the African AIDS epidemic.  

Carlos has been giving back to the community through his work with Life Rolls On and The Challenged Athlete's Foundation.  These organizations have inspired him to to extend his reach beyond North America.  Together with Allison, he intends to further develop the symbiotic relationship between those who give and those who receive.  They believe it's a true blessing to be partnered with Eastlake Church and Bright Hope on this year's trip - helping build a firm foundation for the children and experience deep growth themselves.
