Allison is a single mother to Ruby, Lucy and Violet. They have a strong attachment and bond with their mother because Allison has always been their primary care taker. She has always protected her daughters at all cost and will continue to do so throughout their adolescent and teen-age years.  

Over the last 4 years, the father of Allison’s children has filed one lawsuit after another against her. He is a Jag officer in the Air Force with substantial income. He does not want to pay child support and worst of all, is suing for custody of their children. He moved to Boston after their divorce and the children currently live with Allison in San Antonio.  

Allison is a nurse and works very hard to support and provide for all of her children’s needs. She cannot afford lawsuit after lawsuit with her income alone. Instead of being able to take family vacations with her daughters or enjoy extra activities with them. They have had to sacrifice many things because of these continuing lawsuits and the cost has exceeded $30,000 dollars in attorney fees to date.

At this time she needs 15,000 dollars to retain an attorney for the upcoming jury trial. Currently there are no allegations or accusations against her but she has been informed that her ex-husband is demanding another trial knowing that she cannot afford it.

I personally have seen that Allison is a wonderful mother to her 3 daughters and only wants the best for them. She has made sure they have stability and has always put their health, safety and protection as a priority.
