Hello friends and family of Allan,

Some of you may know, and some of you may not, that our dear Allan is turning 50 this year! 50 times around the sun and I'd like to be able to gift him something special, and it occurred to me that there could be many other people who'd like to do the same.

Allan is so understated, and none-fuss-making that his 50th could easily slip by unnoticed. He wouldn't want a big party, or to be made cebtre of attention, but maybe this is an opportunity for a quiet and simple gift-giving to Allan who so values simplicity, and who so often quietly puts other people's needs before his own.

Allan has spoken for years now about feeling drawn to archery, and I'd like to gift him the opportunity to make his own bow, gather all the kit needed, and hopefully have a few lessons.

Anything left over would go towards a holiday we'd like to take his three girls on later in the year, or anything else that felt good to him.

This is a SECRET fundraiser, so please do not share publicly (unless you know how to do so without Allan seeing it)

I'll close the fundraiser on 23rd June, his birthday, so if you'd like to give a little something, please make your donation by then, and I'll make a card that says who has donated so he can feel all your support.
