A dignity-first, privacy-first pilot for young people — here’s how to be part of it.

There’s a moment many young people know too well: you’re not okay, you finally consider asking for help… and then fear pulls you back.

Will I be judged?

Will my privacy be respected?

Will this put me in danger?

Will my story become gossip?

When support feels unsafe, people stay silent. They delay care. They carry everything alone — until it becomes heavier than it should ever be.

Osas Foundation Care (OFC) is building a different pathway: dignity-first, privacy-first, and practical. On 26 September, we begin the Mental Health & Wellbeing phase of our All Voices. All Identities. Equal Rights. Youth Empowerment Programme.

This pilot is for vulnerable and underserved young people (18–35) who face barriers to trusted support, practical opportunities, and stigma-free wellbeing information. We are not here for noise or trends. We are here for safe delivery: real tools, real guidance, and responsible referral pathways.

Our safeguarding promise is simple and non-negotiable:

We minimise data collection.

We never publish identifying details or sensitive locations.

We do not pressure anyone to disclose personal stories.

We build safeguarding into the programme, not as an afterthought.

Why we’re reaching out now

We are in the final preparation window before launch. This is the stage where programmes either become safe and sustainable — or become rushed and risky. We are choosing safe and sustainable.

In the weeks ahead, we are finalising:

A clear session flow with practical wellbeing tools

Confidentiality protocols and safeguarding steps

Facilitator coordination and responsible referral navigation

A private follow-up pathway for those who need more support after the session

If you are a young person (18–35) who wants a stigma-free wellbeing session — or you know someone who would benefit — our confidential interest list is open.

Privacy note: We only collect what is necessary. No public sharing of names, stories, or identifying details.

3) FACILITATORS & PARTNERS — Build with us

We’re inviting mental health professionals, youth workers, wellbeing facilitators, and community organisations who share our values: dignity, inclusion, safeguarding, and privacy.
