Pitsky Park
Where all roads lead to rescue—
Hi everyone, I'm Jenni D. I’m the founder of Husky Halfway House and the visionary behind what will soon become Pitsky Park and Pitsky BMX.
Let me start right away with what matters most to you:
~ I am building a multi-revenue, mission-driven destination in Eufaula, Oklahoma—where every dollar spent supports rescue.
~ I have secured 12 acres with highway frontage, 1/2 mile from the busiest areas in town.
~We're officially approved by USA BMX, to build a national-level track that has already been professionally designed. Contracts are signed, and we're proud to be recognized as official track operators for the future Pitsky BMX.
~ Pitsky Park is projected to generate over $1.7 million in annual revenue, with more than $800,000 in net profit feeding directly into rescue operations.
~ I am seeking $250,000 in activation capital to finish Phase 2 infrastructure and launch the park to the public.
Why? because time is up. Not just for me, but for doing rescue the way we’ve always done it. Reactive. Underfunded. Built on heartbreak and duct tape. It works until it doesn't, and then it costs everything.
I am not asking for charity this time—I am inviting you to invest in a sustainable, scalable model that reimagines what rescue can be. This isn’t a startup dream. It’s already in motion. Its rescue reimagined.

The Why (Shortened Story)
In 2018, I sold a rare prototype Tesla—my retirement —for $100,000.
I used half to buy the land
The other half? I built a rescue.
Not a shelter. Not a kennel. A full-blown pack-based, transport-powered husky rescue that now houses 200+ dogs at a time, offers free transport nationwide, and rehomes dogs from high-kill shelters coast to coast.
I never meant to start a rescue.
But once I saw what was happening, I couldn’t turn my back.
The dogs kept coming. Hundreds of huskies dumped, discarded, misunderstood.
And I kept saying yes. One by one.
I gave up my house. Not metaphorically. Literally.
My home became the rescue until it outgrew even that.
I turned it into a vet clinic.
Moved my kids into cabins.
Turned every inch of personal space into something that could save one more life.
My boys lost four years of normal.
They grew up in the chaos of survival, learning how to carry water buckets before they could carry backpacks.
My own dogs, the ones who’d been with me from the beginning, grew old without me.
Because I was too busy trying to save everyone else’s.
That’s what rescue does.
It eats your time.
Your sanity.
Your bank account.
Your sleep.
Your relationships.
And if you’re not careful, it eats you too.
BUT,
To date, we’ve saved over 1,400 huskies, built a national community of over 200,000 followers, launched a transport program called Rescue Rides and created a model where huskies heal each other—no sedation, no punishment, no walls between them.
But we’ve hit capacity. Literally.
Right now, we’re maxed out.
We need to adopt out 100 dogs just to take more in.
And we can’t sustain this mission on donations alone.
Which brings me back to Pitsky Park.
The Model
Pitsky Park is how we survive and how we scale.
Pitsky Park is Rescue Reimagined.
It’s not built on burnout.
It’s built on community.
It’s a place where huskies find homes, families find hope, and rescue finally has roots.
Pitsky Park is Husky Halfway House.
It’s the umbrella, it’s the engine, it’s the future.
It’s a destination with 7+ revenue streams, all designed to feed the mission:
USA BMX-sanctioned track — draws thousands per event
☕ Dog park café — sip coffee, cuddle huskies, adopt on-site
Board & train program — generates income and supports adoptions
RV park & cabin rentals — for adopters, tourists, and voluntourism
Event space & vendor huts — markets, festivals, food court
️ Retail (gift + thrift) — donated boutique inventory already secured
Vet rental space — reduce rescue costs while creating income
This isn’t a passion project. It’s a proof of concept.
The Ask
We’re seeking $250,000 in launch capital to complete our Phase 2 infrastructure:
~Finish fencing, utilities, and hardscape for park zones
~Build out food vendor huts and retail spaces
~Complete board & train and Groom Room facilities
~Install septic and RV hookups
~Host first sanctioned BMX race + tourism campaign launch
This capital turns a functioning rescue into a self-sustaining powerhouse.
But the fix is right here. And it’s already halfway home. Because the rescue system is broken.
It’s not just scalable—it’s needed. And this is your chance to be part of a model that’s not just ethical—it’s profitable.
As Pitsky Park grows—and because it wasn’t built with charity dollars—it will fund:
• The caregivers
• The roof
• The lights
• The vehicles
• The insurance
And it takes that burden off the nonprofit.
That means the millions in donations can go to what really matters:
• Community vet care
• Spay and neuter
• Emergency medical help
• Food programs for families in crisis
• Salaries for the professionals who save lives
No more saying no when a dog needs a $4,000 surgery to survive No more panic over $1,000 utility bills. No more hustling Apple watches for payroll.
Final Words: The Exit
If you’ve ever wondered how to invest in something that saves lives and makes sense on paper—this is it.
This is infrastructure with impact, emotion backed by math, and a model that can be replicated nationwide.
All roads lead to rescue, and with your support, they’ll lead through Pitsky Park.
Let’s build the future of rescue—together.
