As a support worker for our local community organization, I am consistently concerned about the limited access to community events for my wheelchair-using clients. Specifically, Kayelene, whom you may often see selling her crafts outside because she is unable to access the hall with her wheelchair. We are seeking funds for a portable wheelchair ramp that can be readily available at various locations to ensure everyone can participate in our community events. Myself, Carmen, from Let's Face it esperance in partnership with Emma from Sparkle Sisters Esperance have joined to gether to raise these funds this Saturday face painting at the Scout hall growers markets, we have set up this go fund me after overwhelming community support from people wishing to donate.
