Hi, my name is Kara Pulsinelli. Along with friends and family we are starting this page on behalf of Alina and the Roseboom Family. Recently, Alina was diagnosed with Wilms Disease and will undergo chemotherapy and radiation to fight this tumor. Alina is a funny and kind girl who radiates positive energy.
