Hi,

My name is Carla Fountain. I'm a former WNBA, D-League and current Women's Collegiate Basketball Referee. I'm also a former Basketball player at Paris Junior College and University of Houston.

I'm reaching out to you with a heart full of emotions, requesting your support. 

My mother passed away from Covid in July of 2020. Today I'm driven by a different motivation that holds deep personal meaning to me. 

I have launched a GoFundMe campaign to honor my mother who owned a business in Idabel,  Oklahoma for over 40 years. This community is where my mom and all my siblings and I were born. 

In her honor, I'm determined to open Alice Fayes Youth Adult Planning Center. This multipurpose facility will serve as a beacon of hope and opportunity for our community. 

The primary focus of Alice Fayes Youth Adult Planning Center will be to provide a safe space for Youth and Adult Activities.  Additionally, Alice Fayes will play an important role in addressing other needs in the community,  such as hosting Food Banks, Health awareness seminars, sports camps and initiatives to support the homeless and anyone in need.

I've always strived to make my mother proud,  and today is no exception.  However,  I can't achieve this vision alone.  By donating to the Alice Fayes Youth Adult Planning Center,  you will not only be helping to create a lasting tribute to my mother,  but you will also be actively contributing to the betterment of our community.
