Alia and Trevor are expecting a beautiful baby any day. They have kept the journey and news very close to their hearts so far and are excited to finally celebrate their transition into this next phase of their lives. They are inviting you to celebrate with them if you feel called to.

 

Alia wishes to be supported by those close and far in any way they feel best. Her journey to motherhood has been a slow one and is one she is excited to share.

 

Alia has been so fortunate to be surrounded by a local village who have provided frozen meals to fill her freezer in preparation for her postpartum recovery time so a meal train doesn't seem as relevant for the global community she has. All expressions of celebration are gratefully received but some specifics are listed below if you need some ideas ❤

 

For those who are local, if you want to offer other kinds of support like doing some dishes, listening, watering and tending to our plants, sweeping the floor, putting on a load of laundry, heating up food/making tea for us, or holding the baby so Alia and Trevor can get some rest, we'd love that too!

 

We ask that if you come inside the sacred time and space that is the first 40 days that you are intentional and conscious of your energy and ours in this time. Alia is intending for this time to be deeply nourishing, warm and full of gentle care and rest. We also want Trevor to feel supported and cared for so please feel free to reach out and make plans to connect with him as well.

 

Alia won't have her phone and probably won't be responding to messages from it so please send messages to Trevor (his number is listed) if you need to work anything out.

 

For those who are not local (or if the above doesn't align for you) and you feel called to support, rather than focusing on gifts for their baby, Alia and Trevor would love to channel your generosity into birth and postnatal support for the three of them through this page.
