Alfie’s wish

This is Alfie. Alfie was a 3 year old little boy that suffered from Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) This meant he needed life saving surgery in the first months of his life. Along with his mum Erin, dad Rob and sister Scarlett, they coped the best way they could and Alfie grew into a beautiful happy boy.
In October of this year Alfie unexpectedly needed more surgery, however, as a result, Alfie started having seizures and suffered extensive brain damage. Alfie sadly lost his fight on 1st November 2019.
This is where Alfie’s Wish started. My aim at the beginning was to raise funds for any adaptations Alfie may have needed when he was finally well enough to return home. Sadly that was never meant to be. Our main focus now is to relieve some financial pressure, giving Erin, Rob and Scarlett enough time off to grieve for their beloved Alfie.
