My name is Souying. I am just raising money for a friend who has seen the world through the harshest lens and still has the heart to help others. His name is Alexios Kafatos. During the pandemic, when we were trying to make sense of policies and wearing masks to protect ourselves, he was enforcing the COVID tests of people and wearing the masks so they could enjoy their cruises. He made sure people were safe.

Through his stories, we have all felt that there was someone doing something to help the situation. Filled with his usual cheekiness and crass, his stories kept many of us sane.

He needs our help now. His mom is sick and he doesn’t have a car. She lives in Greece and he would love to see her one last time.
