We're here to raise money for our amazing friend Alexandria Hart, who recently underwent a bunch of life stressors that have left her in a bad place financially.

Alex is a wonderful and capable hard-working person that's had a rough go of it the last few months. Back in September she lost an amazing job due to illness and on October 31st her room mate and closest friend committed suicide in their home, which is (in addition to heartbreaking) causing her and her other housemates to have to move suddenly.

Alex has been working very hard to find a new job, but Portland is not an easy market at the moment. She has some good leads but has, despite all of her best efforts, fallen behind on a few bills. In addition, the housing market in Portland is horrendously expensive and finding a place to live that is within a tight budget is difficult.

We're asking that people give what they can so that she can afford the downpayment on an apartment, pay her bills, and hopefully keep her mode of transportation while she waits to hear back from her interviews. All funds will be directly released to Alex.
