Hello, my name is Connie Ryan and Alex was a friend of mine. As Many of you are aware of the horrific tragedy of Alexandria, the 74 year old grandmother who was brutally murdered by her mentally ill son here in Ocean City. What you may not be aware of, is the fact that Alex was a loving caretaker, protector, and provider to two of her grandchildren Chase (16) and Sadie (13) who live with their father Ted here in town. She made sure they had a roof over their head at all times, were properly fed and overall taken care of. This weekend, their lives got turned upside down as she was ripped away from them. Their future is currently unknown - yet we know it will be a long road for them. We are asking for your help in anyway you are able to. First and foremost, we would like to provide funds for food, rent and everyday necessities,.
