Hi. My name is Alan, and I'm Sage's dad. I have not seen my son since since August 12, when his mom left and took him with her. Sage's second birthday is in November, but my custody hearing is not until February 1, 2027. By then, Sage will have gone 6 months without seeing his Dada. I will have missed him throughout the whole holiday season and his second birthday.

Sage's mom and I have been communicating, but she's insisting that I go through an attorney and file with the court and get a custody order before she will allow me to see him again. She won't explain why I can't see our son. The judge denied her request for sole custody, and any request to keep me away. Still, I am not allowed to see him.

I miss Sage every day. I want to be in his life. I want to take care of him, to play with him, to be his Dada as I have been since he was born. He deserves that. He deserves both his parents.

Why I need your help

I am asking for help because this is unfair. Because Sage needs his dad. And his dad has to pay the attorney to help him.

Sage's mom charged her attorney to the credit card and left me with the bill. That, plus my own attorney has cost me $17,500 in legal fees, and the custody case is just getting started. Every dollar raised here will go towards getting Sage back, so he can have both his parents. Anything beyond that will go to providing for Sage.
