Me & Sharon (Sister) are running the Great South Run in October (and some other 10ks and Cardiff Half)  in aid of Jacobs Well Care Centre -  every donation will help. They re-cycle furniture, mobility aids and also support the  Gosport community with a Food Bank and Uniform exchange.
