As many of you know, Patrick's vision has worsened steadily over the past several years. He reached a point in 2016 when he could no longer see well enough to continue in his work of so many years as manager at Hyde Park Bar & Grill.

In the midst of trying to adapt to this new reality, Patrick suffered a stroke. What followed was a lengthy stay in the ICU, brain surgery, and the start of a long road of rehabilitation in an effort to regain his independence and restore himself mentally and physically. He has made a great deal of progress in a relatively short time, but more hard work lies ahead.

Any help would be so appreciated as Patrick faces the financial burdens of medical bills and the day-to-day bills that have accumulated during his long time away from work and home.
