I am raising money to help a father who has been sadly abused by the family court , and hostile mothers to these sweet boys! Spencer is a father to 2 amazing boys that he loves more than anything . He is wanting to be apart of the boys lives, but family court and false accusations has now caused him to having to hire 2 lawyers at $5,000 a piece , pay for classes which are $35 a session ( 2 classes a week) for 3 months , and a supervisor for his visits to be able to see his son ($800 a month) , on top of child support of ($900 a month for both boys)
spencer is 21 , being expected to pay all this money just to be a father !! Fathers rights need to be heard, because no one should ever have to pay a stranger to be able to see their own child. Now Spencer is working 40 plus hours a week , bringing home only $50 a month to live off of.
Spencer is wanting to be in these boys lives, he wants to pay his part of child support! But they are making this impossible for him to do and still not being able to see his kids .
Spencer has no criminal record, and no charges against him.
He has had to sell everything he has to his name, and not even able to pay rent or food for himself at this point.
Please help let this man be a father! And not let the system destroy his lively hood!
Fathers deserve to be in the child’s life just as much as the mothers! But the mothers get away with not paying anything.
We thought the family court would be fair and wanting a good dad in the kids life, sadly it has come clear , family law does not support fathers rights.
A short summary of Spencer’s encounters with the mothers of his boys:
Caleb 4 years old: Spencer was 17 years old when he had Caleb , the mother of his son never gave him Spencer’s last name. Spencer paid child support every month without having to go through the courts. Spencer has only been able to see Caleb for 24 hours a week. He didn’t want to fight with the mother , so he just went with it. Then March 2020 he got served with papers for court for his son. Why? Because Spencer’s 2nd kids mom got in her head, and wanted to make Spencer’s life harder than ever so he doesn’t get rights to his sons. They wanted more money and knew the system was the way to go. Currently in a custody battle we are hoping to get 50/50 custody .
Spencer is being profiled for his tattoos, the reason the judge saw at the very first court date. Spencer is the most genuine person you could meet, and wouldn’t hurt a fly! Sad a trying dad gets judged by his choice to put on his hands “like father like son” and “life goes on” because of the things he’s been through , he’s wanting that known.
Tatum 1 year old: Spencer and tatums mom broke up before Tatum was born. When Tatum was born Spencer’s was never told his son had been born, even though he was up every night waiting for that call. He never received . He was told the day after from his mom! She was told but the own father wasn’t born ! Tatum did not get Spencer’s last name.
Tatums mother put a protection order on herself and Tatum from Spencer due to the fact she needed time to get court paperwork filed so spencer couldn’t see Tatum (in the state of Idaho you can put a protection order on anyone at anytime no evidence needed)
Tatum mother said she had domestic violence in the relationship , with no proof. Spencer got harassed , set up by both his kids mother and her family all over Facebook and in public, but he had the proof of that! Judge didn’t care. He submitted all texts between him and his kids mom, judge didn’t care .
He just took mother of tatums word... sad world.
Spencer got served for court , almost a year later he got orders he needs to do classes , supervisor to see his son no less than 3 times a week 2 hour blocks with a paid supervisor by father. Now we are here... having to pay over $800 a month for a supervisor .. for 3 months.
