Help a Hardworking Father Detained by ICE Support His Family.

Hello, my name is Cintia, and today I come to you with my heart in my hands asking for help for my husband, who was unjustly detained by agents from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Friday, March 6.

I am creating this campaign to help a hardworking father who was recently detained by immigration agents. My husband has always worked tirelessly to support his family. He is a loving and dedicated father to our two daughters, who depend on him every single day.

Recently, he attended a traffic court hearing believing he was simply resolving a minor matter. Unfortunately, when he left the courthouse, he was unexpectedly detained by ICE agents.

My husband has no criminal record. The only thing on his record is a speeding ticket, which was paid in full, and he took full responsibility for it.

He is a devoted family man with strong values, loved and respected by everyone who knows him. He is hardworking, responsible, and everything he has built in life has come from honest work, dedication, and love for his family and friends.

Today, his freedom and well-being are at risk, and our family needs help to cover legal expenses, attorney fees, and all the costs necessary to defend his case and demonstrate his eligibility to remain legally in the United States.

Since his detention, our family has been facing an incredibly difficult time emotionally and financially. The funds raised will go directly toward legal costs and helping our family get through this challenging period.
