Herbert Bourguignon Fernandes foi detido pelo Ice no dia 04 de junho, depois que o escritório de monitoramento ISAP o chamou para fazer a análise do caso, o que de fato não ocorreu e o detiveram, mesmo tendo seguido todas as instruções e pedidos desde que aqui pisou na América, então segue transferindo-o de um lugar a outro e não se sabe o que acontecerá, pois o advogado que está cuidando do caso disse que tem que esperar o pedido de audiência ser aceitado pelo Eoir, para assim depois sabermos se haverá ou não fiança. Como temos visto há muitas incoerências e envolvido nisso tem a esposa e 3 filhas pequenas que são totalmente dependentes dele financeiramente, emocionalmente e que estão passando momentos difíceis com tanta incerteza e altas despesas com a justiça.Qualquer ajuda sera bem vinda nesse momento Que Deus abençoe todos vocês.
