Hiii, As I'm sure many of you saw, AJ GOT HIS SUPPORT DOG!! I cannot begin to describe to you guys how truly grateful I am. I never thought we could do this so quickly. I changed the goal because our journey isn't over yet. I called a company for his special training and it is over $1,000 if you guys could continue to share and contribute, any little bit helps I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you all for being so kind during this time it makes me truly relieved and overjoyed to see my family truly happy after so many challenges!
Hi, my name is Stephanie and as I know a lot of you may know I have been going through a challenging time recently, learning that my 1-year-old son has autism combined with cortical deafness that unfortunately, does not allow for a cochlear implant or hearing aid. I have tried my hardest to stay positive and keep my two kids happy. Looking deeper into his condition I have come to see that many kids like him benefit greatly from a support dog, yet there are only specific breeds that can be trained for his particular situation. I finally found one that is a perfect fit for us.

Throughout my search, my whole family has kept telling me stories about how my grandfather, who was like a father to me, had this beloved dog named blackie. Yesterday, I visited a friend's house while out of nowhere her brother comes in selling a black golden doodle retriever. Instantly, I was shocked and knew it was meant to be. AJ and him bonded immediately and I just know my grandfather Is with us telling us this is the dog for our family.
They told me that they can only hold him for two days and he was $1400. I would greatly appreciate it if you guys could please help AJ and me throughout this time. The dog would need training and equipment.
I would be so grateful for anything you guys could contribute as I have been unable to work due to AJs 41 hours a week of therapy and trying to keep Luna's hectic schedule as normal as possible. I just want my kids to have a childhood full of good memories and no worries.
