Non avrei mai pensato di arrivare a chiedere aiuto così, ma oggi non ho altra scelta.

Io e mia madre dobbiamo lasciare la casa in cui viviamo: il proprietario ha deciso di venderla e da settembre rischiamo davvero di rimanere senza un tetto. Non abbiamo appoggi, non abbiamo alternative immediate.

Comprare casa sarebbe la soluzione più stabile: ho meno di 36 anni e posso accedere a un mutuo sostenibile. Ma il problema sono le spese iniziali, che al momento non riesco a coprire.

L’affitto, paradossalmente, costa di più del mutuo e non è sostenibile per noi. E non posso nemmeno trasferirmi altrove, per lavoro e per motivi di salute.

Mi fa male ammetterlo: ho sempre fatto di tutto per cavarmela da sola. Ma questa volta non ce la faccio.

Per questo vi chiedo aiuto, davvero.

I never thought I would have to ask for help like this, but today I have no other choice.

My mother and I have to leave the home we’re currently living in: the landlord has decided to sell it, and by September we genuinely risk being left without a roof over our heads. We have no support system and no immediate alternatives.

Buying a home would be the most stable solution: I’m under 36 and eligible for a sustainable mortgage. But the problem is the upfront costs, which I’m currently unable to cover.

Renting, paradoxically, costs more than a mortgage and simply isn’t sustainable for us. I also can’t relocate due to work and health reasons.

It hurts to admit this: I’ve always done everything I could to manage on my own. But this time, I can’t.
