On October 29th, Aisha Al-Masry’s life was shattered when her beloved husband, Mohamed Al-Masry, was tragically killed in an airstrike by Israeli forces while he was on his way to collect food aid. He was simply trying to provide for his family when the bombing claimed his life. Now, Aisha and her dear little boy, Saadi, are left alone to navigate this unimaginable loss in a war-torn region.

Mohamed was their protector, their provider, and their world. With him gone, Aisha is struggling to keep herself and Saadi safe and warm as winter approaches. Their home has been reduced to rubble by bombs, leaving them without shelter or basic necessities.
