Air Conditioning for Open Arms Community Center

Join us in making a difference for the  "Open Arms Community Center" .  The funds  will install an air conditioning unit inside the facility to further the vision God gave Pastor Laverne for the building.
Currently, the pastors and members of Old Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church host a Free Food and miscellaneous clothing and household goods Pantry inside the "Open Arms" building.  These loyal members sit inside to help people while it is over 100 degrees inside the building most days....lately there's been a 110+ heat index OUTSIDE, which raises the temperature inside higher.

Would YOU sit in that heat to meet the needs of others?  You don't have to, BUT you can bless these who open their arms to needy ones that come there.

The vision for this community center includes:
  1. student mentoring by Texas A&M students
  2. family reunions
  3.  weddings
  4.  classes
  5.  food pantry
  6.  ministry place

Your donation will help make an impact in the lives of people who have diverse needs.  This group ministers to both spiritual and physical needs.
Matthew 10:42  "And whoever gives a cup of cold water to one of my humble disciples, I promise you, he will not go unrewarded.”

Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause.  If you 'd like recognition, your name can be added on a brick in the front of the building. Please send a note  to confirm names and print style.
