It is the intention of the AIPCA board, as stated on Page 5 of the AIPCA Strategic Plan, to change all the governing documents of AIP, which would include changing the Class B documents (condominiums) and granting the AIPCA board even greater authority in the future.
AIPMPR has so far raised in excess of $43, 000 for external legal advice and would like your support to continue the legal case to protect the AIP homeowner rights and values. The legal fees are capped at $75K to take this matter through litigation, if necessary. We are requesting your support to help us reach our goal of $75K and to fund what we believe is a very reasonable cost to protect our property rights and values. This action affects everyone in AIP, whether you rent your home, have no intention to ever do so, or simply want to protect your home value going forward. (Condominium Owners included !)
