You've seen the news about the thousands of displaced Iraqis -- Muslims, Yazidis, Christians -- fleeing the recent ISIS offensives in Iraqi Kurdistan. I have been put in touch with a priest at the largest church in Ainkawa, Erbil (sometimes spelled Irbil). His church has become home to hundreds of displaced families who fled with only the clothes on their backs and have zero options. I am hoping we can provide some fast money for their basic survival in the coming weeks. I'll send the money as soon as possible -- hopefully in just a short week or so -- and then go from there if necessary. The name of the church is Mar Yousef (which translates into St. Joseph) and the priest's name is Rayan Atto. Anyone who wants more information can and should email me!
