Bonjour à tous,

Je m’appelle Sylvain, j’ai 50 ans et je vis en Espagne. Mais ce qui me définit le plus, c’est que je suis le papa d’Ana, une magnifique petite fille de 7 ans. Elle est tout pour moi : ma lumière, ma force, ma raison de continuer à me battre chaque jour.

Depuis plusieurs années, je me bats contre une grave maladie pulmonaire. Je vis sous oxygène 24h/24 et suis en attente d’une transplantation pulmonaire. Chaque jour est un combat, mais malgré ma faiblesse physique, je continue à tout donner pour Ana : je m’occupe d’elle, je joue avec elle, je cuisine, je lui donne tout l’amour et la stabilité que je peux, même quand mon corps me lâche.

Ana vit principalement avec moi. Sa maman est malheureusement de plus en plus absente, physiquement et émotionnellement. Lorsqu’elle revient, c’est souvent pour crier. Ce climat tendu est très dur pour Ana, qui est bien trop jeune pour vivre dans un tel stress. Et cela me brise le cœur de la voir souffrir ainsi.

Tout ce que je souhaite, c’est lui offrir un foyer calme et apaisant. Un endroit où elle se sentira en sécurité, entourée d’amour, sans cris ni peur. Mais aujourd’hui, je suis au bout de mes forces et de mes ressources.

N’ayant pas cotisé en Espagne, je n’ai droit à aucune aide financière. Ma santé m’empêche de travailler, et la situation devient chaque jour plus critique. J’ai tout vendu, tout essayé… je ne peux plus continuer seul.

C’est pour cela que je lance cet appel. Je vous demande de l’aide – pas pour moi, mais pour Ana. Chaque euro récolté servira à :

Lui trouver un logement sûr, calme et stable

Subvenir à ses besoins essentiels (nourriture, électricité, eau)

Offrir une stabilité à long terme

Me permettre de continuer mes soins sans la peur constante de tout perdre

Si vous avez déjà aimé quelqu’un au point de tout donner pour lui, vous comprendrez pourquoi j’écris ceci les larmes aux yeux. Je ne demande pas de pitié, seulement une chance de protéger ma fille et de lui assurer un avenir serein.

Hello everyone,

My name is Sylvain, I’m 50 years old, and I live in Spain. More importantly, I’m the devoted father of a beautiful 7-year-old girl named Ana—my light, my reason for living, and the source of all my strength.

For several years, I’ve been battling a severe and life-threatening lung condition. I rely on oxygen 24/7 while awaiting a much-needed lung transplant. Every day is a struggle, physically and emotionally, but no matter how hard it gets, I do everything I can to be present for Ana—to care for her, play with her, cook for her, and surround her with love and stability, even as my own body fails me.

Ana lives primarily with me. Her mother, sadly, has become more and more distant—both physically and emotionally. When she does return, the environment is often filled with yelling and tension, creating a painful and stressful situation for Ana, who is far too young to be surrounded by conflict. This emotional climate is taking a toll on her well-being—and mine.

All I want is to give Ana the peaceful home she deserves. A place without shouting, fear, or instability. A space filled with calm, warmth, and love. A safe and quiet refuge where she can grow up happy and protected. But I’m at a breaking point.

Because I haven’t paid into the Spanish system, I’m not eligible for financial aid or disability benefits. My health prevents me from working, and our situation is growing more desperate each day. I’ve exhausted all resources. I can’t do this alone anymore.

That’s why I’ve created this fundraiser. I’m asking for your help—not for me, but for Ana. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward:

Finding a safe and peaceful home for Ana

Covering basic living needs—food, utilities, and shelter

Providing stability so Ana can have the childhood she deserves

Giving me a chance to continue my medical treatment without the unbearable stress of homelessness or poverty
