Aid the Gibson Family in Their Time of Need

Donation protected
We are the Gibson family, we are a family of 7. We have 5 children, 3 girls and 2 boys. Our oldest 2 children are both Autistic and receive no benefits of any kind from the state or government. Our life was flipped upside down in June of 2022 when our 17 day old baby boy Gabriel passed away in VCU hospital from CDH. His case was pretty severe and he had several surgeries and his little body just couldn’t take anymore. My wife finally got to hold him for the first time as he took his last breaths on this earth and minutes later passed away. Our lives will never be the same, we loved Gabriel so much. I’ve battled depression and anxiety and panic attacks for a long time and after losing Gabriel my emotions spiraled out of control. I couldn’t keep it together, I wanted to take my life every day. The job I was working at when my wife was hospitalized over a month before Gabriel was due let me go. They only gave me one week to return to work and my wife had placenta previa and she spent over a month in the hospital. With 5 young kids and no family to help or any babysitters I had to stay home and take care of our kids with then no income because that employer let me go. I did not qualify for unemployment because I had only been working there 2 months even though they fired me unfairly and would not hold my job for me. I remained at home with our kids while my wife was in the hospital. Gabriel was born on May 16th 2022. He lived his 17 short days in VCU hospital. He never came home from the hospital. I missed about 4 months of work from the time my wife was hospitalized and after losing Gabriel before another company finally offered me a job. Imagine going 4 months plus with a family of 7 and zero income and trying to keep your sanity and keep your family together. We almost lost everything and we are still way behind and need help. We both work full time jobs and life is a struggle for sure. We always need help with food and definitely need help with money for bills. We are a Christian family and we believe and depend on God every day. I lost both my parents years ago as well but the pain of losing our son was much greater. Please share our story
