Aid Sarah's Healing and Family Care

My sister-in-law, Sarah, went into the hospital on Thanksgiving with chest pains. Over the next several days, she and my brother, Sam, found out that she had a tumor on her heart that was operable, likely malignant, and would need immediate surgery.

Fast forward to yesterday, December 7th, she's had her first surgery but has not yet been able to go home. Sarah and Sam share three kids who Sam has been arranging care for while he is at the hospital with Sarah as she continues to get medical attention.

Sarah is likely going to be out of work for at least 6 weeks to recover from this surgery. Sarah and Sam are heading into the holiday season uncertain about the future, and I'd love to support them in knowing they are at least able to focus on their recovery.
