Aid Ryan's Journey to Health and Recovery

Hello, I’m Rosalyn. I want to start off by saying I’m a very private person who doesn’t like to ask for help or donations of any kind. I posted a picture on facebook that sparked a lot of care and concern about my son. That post led me here. We never know who wants to or is able to contribute or help. This is our story… Six weeks ago Ryan was diagnosed with kidney disease. After months of reoccurring urinary tract infections, and different medications I decided to bring him to another doctor which led us to Children’s Hospital. Ryan’s leg started swelling and enlarged ankle made it hard to walk. The swelling spread to his tummy then his cheeks and onto his eyes. He would wake up looking really swollen and in pain. He was admitted into the hospital and given intravenous meds that his kidneys are secreting through his urine instead of filtering and flushing his body out. We’ve had to stay nights at a time in the hospital. Get discharged and only to return a few days later. His muscles spasms and swollen legs required physical therapy during his stay. His condition has anxiety and depression that requires him to see a therapist. He’s having a hard time accepting and adjusting to this life changing situation. His condition requires multiple hospital visits any time of day or night as well as therapy sessions. I’m creating this fundraiser to help get my vehicle fixed or be able to find something reliable to get him back and forth to his appointments. Being a single mom and limited access to accommodations is difficult. I continue to pray our way into remission and that God bless us and continues to give us the strength to push through this difficult moment. Any amount is greatly appreciated.
