Aid political prisoner

Hi, my name is Megan. I have a friend whose loved one is a political prisoner. He is being released after more than 25 years. I am not naming him, my friend or the country because he and his family could face dire consequences, including further incarceration. He has fought against a facist state his entire life. When he is released, he will not have a job, or savings, and will be under the watch of a big brother-type state.
