Maggie, Tyler, Cooper, and Minnie Mugu lost their home that they built and have lived in since 2015 in the Palisades Fire.

Tyler is a volunteer firefighter with the Community Brigade and played a strong role in attempting to defend their neighborhood. He sadly had to abandon it once water pressure ran out and it became clear there was nothing more that could be done. He then continued to fight the fires to try to save other people and their homes and is currently still working to support the community recover.

Maggie, Tyler, and Cooper have lost everything they own. They, like so many Angelinos, have suffered an unimaginable loss and trauma. They need our help. Please donate what you can.

About the organizers:

Jessie and Sara Kilguss are Maggie's sisters and Jane Hauptman is Tyler's sister. Jane and Tyler grew up in Malibu and lost their family home to the Woolsey Fire in 2018.
