Valor Kyle’s aftercare coordinator Ms. Vannoy and her daughter’s car caught fire spontaneously when they arrived at Valor for work. She was in the car when it caught fire, and her daughter saw and told her to get out. It happened very fast, and the fire also damaged her daughter's car, who also works in aftercare.

If you don’t know Mrs. Vannoy and her daughter, then I must tell you these two are amazingly hard-working women who proceeded to go to work moments after the firefighters left the school and care for the 100+ kids in aftercare.

Let us take this opportunity as a community to support them in this time and busy season of life.

This support will help them with total loss of 2 vehicles since nothing is covered by insurance, personal belongings in the vehicle, meals, and/or temporary transportation. These funds will also greatly help with stress in this season as her daughter is trying to finish college and Mrs. Vannoy finishes this school year serving so many of our Valor families.
