Aid Maxwell in Ensuring a Bright Future for Malcolm

My name is Maxwell Dustin Vandiver, and I was blessed with the greatest gift this life has to offer—my son, Malcolm Dale Vandiver, born May 7th, 2024. Since the moment I first held him, I’ve been committed to being the best father I can be.

Unfortunately, after a difficult separation from Malcolm’s mother, we’ve been locked in a high-conflict family court battle. I’ve fought hard every step of the way to stay involved in my son’s life, and recently, I had a significant legal victory that granted me more parenting time with him. It was a turning point—but this fight is far from over.

As we approach another major court date, I continue to advocate for what’s truly best for my son. Meanwhile, the opposing side has used delay tactics and misleading claims—efforts I believe are meant to distract from the core issue: Malcolm's safety, well-being, and stability. These distractions only drag things out and increase the financial pressure on my end.

To date, I’ve spent over $15,000 on attorney fees, guardian costs, court filings, and documentation—just to protect my rights and stay in this fight for my son. I’m doing everything I can to keep up, but as a working parent trying to balance legal costs with daily life, it’s overwhelming.

I’ve never done anything like this before, but I’m reaching out for help. Every single donation goes directly toward this legal fight—toward giving Malcolm the future he deserves and making sure I can keep showing up for him, no matter how hard the road gets.
