Hello, and thank you to anyone who is taking the time to read this. My name is Layla, and my family and I are currently going through financial issues, and we are asking for any help and support given.

For background, currently, I am living in a household of 4 women (one under 13 and one over 65) plus a cat in a state we are fairly new in. We moved here for a job opportunity which didn't end up working out, so we started depending on my mom's fiancé, which we were beyond thankful for, but that also did not end up working out as he left us due to personal mental health issues that, for his sake, I will not disclose. But it was serious, and we are now left with no income.

I am currently a high school student, my mom is an online student trying to get an education, and the other two women in our house are either not old enough to work or don't have citizenship and do not speak English. We are also currently trying to move back states because we have better opportunities there, but we truly just do not have enough money not only to move (especially until our lease is up) but just to do anything, especially with our cat. Also, we currently cannot depend on me and my sister's biological dad due to him not only being in another country but he also has no solid income himself and we barely speak to him as is (Also, he and my mom just are NOT on good terms at all.)

We are potentially facing homelessness if not a big decline in our living condition, so ANYTHING helps, and we are beyond grateful for anyone even taking this into consideration. We have so many bills to keep up with, including mental medications (depression, OCD, severe anxiety, etc.) but also just day-to-day life, not including pain meds for my grandma who just had surgery and can barely walk.

We are trying to raise money so my mom and I can afford to not work multiple jobs and get back on our feet until we can move back to where we originally were when the lease ends. Thank you for your time.
