Hi, my name is Jamie and I am reaching out to ask for help while out on medical leave.

I have to have knee surgery soon and I have already been out for 4 weeks with no pay. I found out this morning that my job does not offer short-term disability and it will take 6-8 weeks to determine if I qualify for disability.

I am asking, NO BEGGING, if it's on anyone's heart to help me and my boys out.

While I am out, I still have bills to pay even while out, so please, please help.
