Hi, my name is Katrina, and I’m organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Jackie Cunningham, a beloved and hardworking animal walker and caretaker. Jackie has dedicated her life to caring for our furry friends, and now she needs our help.

Over Memorial Day weekend, Jackie suffered a devastating dog bite to her lip and face while doing what she loves most—caring for animals. The injuries are severe and will require multiple reconstructive surgeries. She is facing a long and painful recovery and, unfortunately, she is unable to work during this time.

To make matters more difficult, Jackie does not have health insurance. The medical expenses, combined with the loss of income, are overwhelming. She’s facing hospital bills, surgery costs, medications, and basic living expenses while she heals.

Jackie has always gone above and beyond for the animals in her care and the families she serves. She’s been a trusted, loving presence in our community for years. Now it's our turn to show up for her.
