Aid George's Family in Their Time of Need

Hello Everyone, I’m Shelley Lowery. I’d like to introduce you to my son, George Lowery Jr.

In August, George was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel and lung cancer. Surgery along with chemotherapy have saved his life so far, but that’s just the beginning. He has a struggle ahead of him just trying to regain the strength to make it to the next appointment.

He is not just my firstborn; he is a brother, father, and a husband. He has spent his life looking after his family, and sadly now we are desperately trying to do that for him.

He was a very healthy, robust guy, and this cancer has stopped him in his tracks. He is in no condition to work and hasn’t been since August. His wife has now become his caregiver along with the daily struggles of work, the household chores, and most of all, the bills!

That is why I’m here pleading with you to give whatever you can to help his family. We are helpless against this disease. That part is now in God's hands! However, his body and mind should really be concentrating on healing and not the stress of everyday life.

But most of all, if you can find it in your heart to give, it would be appreciated. He has missed almost half a year of work already, and it would be a New Year miracle if we could start off 2025 with some extra hope for the future.
