Our baby boy came four weeks early and weighed only 2 pounds 11 oz at birth. he was born via emergency C-section and spend six weeks and spent five weeks in the hospital growing and getting strong enough to come home. Just days after celebrating our bundle of joy turning one month old we were lucky enough to finally bring him home! The only hang up is that our house isn't ready yet and we have been living in it unfinished. Our home is so close to being ready, although we still have a few big pushes to be fully moved in and finished with everything. We started this ambitious project before having any clue our baby would early and we had no idea how teeny he was! Due to the financial setback we have been at a standstill and have been focusing on our little family now that our little one is home. We have been unprepared and overwhelmed by the expenses of everything and have had survival as our top priority!
