We are Rick and Angie Posey. We serve the Lord at Potosi Southern Baptist Church in Potosi Missouri where Amanda Dicus is the Ministry Assistant. Amanda is an absolute Godsend to our church. She is the voice you hear when you call, she is the first face you see when you come into the office and she is Rick's right arm at the office, and she has served along-side Rick in the Ministrial Alliance ministry in Potosi. She always has a sweet smile on her face and has the heart to help anyone that comes into the office. Amanda and Jason are Potosi natives and have raised their boys, Wyatt and Grey, in our community. Jason works at Floorlayers' Local 1310 and is such a quiet, kind man. When you look at this family you can see they are very close knit. Wyatt works with Jason and that speaks volumes for the kind of dad Jason is.

Amanda was at at work at the church when the storm rolled in. She was on the phone Jason, who was at home when the tornado hit their home. Jason weathered the storm but their home is a total loss. Many of you may know that they were getting ready to start rebuilding their home that was damaged from a fire and were currently living in a trailer. Both units are a total loss after the tornade hit on Wednesday night, April 2 2025.
