As most of you know, Steve recently suffered a stroke. He has right-sided weakness and cognitive impairment from the stroke. He has been working on his recovery with physical and occupational therapy, and medication therapy. Steve was the breadwinner for the family and hasn't been able to work.

It has been very difficult for my parents with my dad being out of work, and they are struggling to keep everyday expenses and medical bills covered. They aren't the type of family to even ask for help or reach out on GoFundMe, but they also weren't prepared to have such a life-altering event happen.
