My brother was a good man with a big heart. Anyone who knew him knows he would do anything for anyone. The most pride my brother had in his life was being a dad to his seven children. His seven children are mourning his loss and have many obstacles to overcome without their dad. My brother was the sole provider for his family, especially his younger kids aged 8, 9, 13, and 15. He was a working man, and his health suffered from how much he worked and provided for others. He went into cardiac arrest Friday night on 2/21 and was on life support for 5 days. It was determined that my brother's heart stopping and going without a pulse for 35 minutes resulted in severe brain damage. He would not wake up, showed no signs of being with us, and would not have a quality life. Our family made the most difficult decision to remove the life support and allow my brother to pass comfortably, surrounded by so much love. My brother had a big family that has so much love for one another, but they have lost their lifeline and heart of their family. I am asking for kindness and generosity during the most difficult time to help support all of the kids that my brother left behind. Thank you for all of your kind words and prayers for our family.
