Early this morning (January 8, 2025), the Eaton fire consumed my mother's home as well as my sister and her family's home in Altadena, California. My sister and her husband have five children, two who are in college (Marie 19 & Megan 18) and the other three (Bobby 16, Lesley 15 & Daniel 13) at home. As you can imagine, the entire family is devastated and quite frankly in disbelief. These homes held so many great memories for us all. We are thankful for the memories that we will retain in our hearts, but we are certainly still saddened by the loss of the physical headquarters where we have all met to celebrate holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations.
