UPDATE: My Father has been readmitted to the hospital Thursday Mar 13, due to the infection in his leg. His foot injury and complications inside his leg have caused his leg to swell 3x its size and needed to have a tube inserted to his thigh to drain out the infection. We are all praying for his speedy recovery. While he is in the hospital trying new antibiotics he will not be able to work, his doctor has recommended a few months of bed rest. He still will need as much help as possible. Everything donated has been so appreciated to help him out in these trouble times means the world to him and all of us who love him. As some of you may know, my father Marco has been struggling with his health due to diabetes and other factors, including a foot injury that has prevented him from being able to work while he is in the hospital. Diabetic people lack the capacity to heal quickly, and minor injuries can turn life-threatening in no time. He unfortunately doesn’t have health insurance to help with upcoming and current medical bills and has just been notified he is in need of a blood transfusion. All donations will go to medical bills and rent due to him not being able to work while being in the hospital. My dad is a strong man, but the stress of this alone while he is in the hospital is enough. Anything helps, and prayers are appreciated. My dad is the most loving and amazing man.
